оборотный капитал
Текущие активы компании (предприятия), прежде всего денежные средства , запасы, поступления (брутто-оборотный капитал); обычно же имеется в виду нетто-оборотный капитал (net working capital) - капитал, которым располагает компания после покрытия текущих обязательств (т. е. разница между текущими активами и пассивами). Источниками О.к. являются собственные накопления и кредиты. См. также Оборот капитала, Оборотные (текущие) активы. Для оценки эффективности использования О.к. применяется показатель рентабельности, определяемый как отношение чистой прибыли от реализации продукции (или иного финансового результата деятельности фирмы) к объему этого капитала. В хозяйственной практике применяется близкий термин «оборотные средства» - собственные, заемные (банковский краткосрочный кредит) и привлеченные (кредиторская задолженность). Если текущие активы предприятия становятся меньше его текущих обязательств (это называется отрицательный О.к.) – фирма оказывается неплатежеспособной.
